An absolutely gorgeous villa, in a more quiet area of Plaka beach, with a lovely outdoor area and pool, and stunning sunsets every evening. Felt like such a peaceful escape. An easy path to walk to the beach, or to a bus stop and beach clubs for the day as well. The owner and team were also so kind and helpful throughout the check in and check out process. Adored our stay, and would absolutely stay again.

    Ok

Clean swimming, good location and spacious villa.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We booked what was advertised as a 150 m² four-bedroom villa, but on arrival discovered that the bedrooms are divided into two separate levels/areas with separate external access. This was not clearly disclosed in the description and is particularly important when travelling with young children. One of the air-conditioning units was also unusable due to substantial water leakage. We were told we could place towels underneath it or use a fan instead, but the fan was extremely noisy. Most disappointing was the response when we politely raised these concerns. Instead of addressing them, the owner introduced a possible €400 additional guest charge and then presented waiving it as a “gesture of goodwill,” despite children under six staying free through booking and there being no additional adult occupancy. The property has potential, but the listing needs to be more transparent and legitimate guest concerns should be handled more professionally.

Private villa with country charm, very close to the beach, clean, and a great pool.

The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. The villa is on a quiet road, has a great pool, and is very clean. Quick walk to the beach and a close drive to many towns and other beaches. I highly recommend and would stay again.
