    Rural atmosphere but still very close to town. Host very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to see. Breakfast consistent high quality

    Garden needed a bit of attention but property in very good condition otherwise.

    A lovely, friendly and personal stay near Aberystwyth

    Carol was so approachable, friendly and accommodating, which made the stay feel really welcoming and personal. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The location was also great for us — only around a 10-minute drive from Aberystwyth. I also liked that there aren’t too many rooms, so it feels much more relaxed and personal than a larger hotel. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including smoked salmon and bacon, and the continental selection was lovely.

    The only small downside for me was that there wasn’t a traditional full English breakfast. That said, there was still a really good selection available, so it certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

    Lovely house and room. Wonderful landlady / host. Good breakfast.

    Spacious, well kept, excellent host.

    Bed slightly on the small size. Prefer larger.
