    Good value and convenient, comfortable, modern hotel for a bit of Bali luxury.

    Modern, light, airy and cool hotel in ideal location for beach, strip, sunset views and airport (10-15min drive). Had own beach section, and 2 outdoor pools, sunset bar on top floor had excellent views across the bay.

    Nothing- just a shame we only had 1 night!

    A személyzet kedvessége pozitív volt, a reggeli bőséges,hatalmas választékkal.

    Sajnos egy véletlen baleset miatt eltört a szappanadagoló, ami ráadásul már eleve nem volt új állapotban. Ennek ellenére kicsekkoláskor nem kevés összeget számítottak fel érte. Természetesen megértem, ha egy okozott kárt ki kell fizetni, de úgy gondolom, hogy egy ilyen kis értékű, véletlenül történt esetnek egy 5 csillagos szállodánál egyszerűen bele kellene férnie. Szerintem a felszámított összeg sem volt arányban a tárgy tényleges értékével.
