    มีข้อเสนอแนะ ได้รับฟังเรื่องราวจากน้องพนักงานว่าโดนโกงคือจองห้องแล้วไม่มาพัก จึงเปลี่ยนเป็นให้จ่ายก่อนเข้าพักโดยเราจองผ่าน booking.com ทางรร. ออกบิลให้เราได้แค่ยอดที่รร.ได้รับจาก App ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วเราไปพักมาหลายที่โดยจองผ่าน booking.com ทุกครั้งเพราะจะได้รับบิลจากรร. บางที่เราก็ได้บิลตามราคาที่จ่ายผ่านApp ก่อนเข้าพัก จึงมองว่าการแก้ปัญหาของรร.เป็นการผลักภาระให้ลูกค้า การมาทำงานเราก็ต้องการเบิกยอดตามจริง ถ้าที่นี่ยังเป็นแบบเดิมการมาครั้งถัดไปก็คงจะเลือกที่อื่นแทน ฝากให้ทางรร.พิจารณานะคะ

    Das Hotel liegt für mich sehr gut, sehr praktisch ist die Massage im Haus. Am Parkplatz vor dem Hotel habe ich immer einen Platz gefunden. Das Personal war freundlich. Einziges Minus sind die Stufen zu den Zimmern, aber auch hier war das Hotelpersonal sehr bemüht zu helfen.
