Poor cleaning, terrible follow up customer service
The apartment itself was attractive and comfortable. The location was not central to other attractions, but in am area with many other lodges and an easy taxi ride to the main restaurants and attractions.
The major issue with this place was discovering late at night that the sheets on the master bed were not clean. We had to scramble to find lean sheets (which weren't actually the right size) and make up the bed ourselves - not what I want to do after a long day. After letting them know, customer service did agree to a partial refund which they never ultimately honored and then lied and said was not offered to me even though I have it in writing. Also please note the very restrictive one week cancellation policy - we had tried to cancel several days before out stay due to an emergency which prevented most of our group from continuing on the trip. They were not flexible on the cancellation but were willing to move the dates so that at least we could use it. Other issues to be aware of - the air conditioning really isn't adequate to cool the rooms, and the kitchen is very minimally stocked with coffee (maybe 1 per person). Based on lack of housekeeping and very poor follow up customer service, I would not stay here again and would recommend this place be avoided.

Super flexibler check in und check out, tolle Wohnung. Kontakt zu Taxifahrern wurde uns auch direkt vermittelt. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt der aber nicht so viel hat - würden eher den größeren (ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß) empfehlen. Insgesamt war alles super!

Had a lovely stay, our flight delayed and we were allowed to check out later. Overall lovely would definitely recommend
Very secure, clean facilities. Restaurant nearby making it easier for dining.
