    Χρειάζετε λίγη συντήρηση το σπίτι σε διάφορους χώρους. Πιο εύκολη χρήση της τηλεόρασης. Τα κάγκελα είναι χαμηλά αν έχεις παιδιά. Δεν υπάρχει προστατευτικό στις σκάλες για μικρά παιδιά
