    Comfortable clean and great it was pet friendly.

    Great place to stay and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. This was our second time. Smithton had a great dog park.

    One thing I would say get rid of the dust buster and put in a stick vac makes cleaning easier.

    Perfect base and very convenient for daily ventures into the Tarkine.

    Peaceful and lovely view to river. Very comfortable bed and luxurious electronically adjustable lounge chairs. Generous breakfast provisions - bread, milk, juices, assorted jams, yoghurt and butter.
