Great location but not much else to be positive about.

    Location and air conditioning

Dark, no privacy for sunbathing, bathroom floods when showering due to door not sealing correctly, uncomfortable furniture throughout. Advised of reforming work next door and may have noise between 9 to 5. Given small discount on price. It was a full construction with hammering, grinding, drilling starting at 8am and continuing fully for 8 hrs everyday. Couldn’t stay during day due to noise and dust. If I was advised of the actual situation I would have cancelled.
