    Good location

The stay was unfortunately below expectations. Communication with the host was quite difficult throughout. We requested basic items such as towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, but these were not provided. It was also challenging to reach anyone when we needed assistance, which made the experience frustrating. In addition, the beds were not comfortable and the mattresses felt low quality, which affected our sleep. The room also lacked air conditioning, and the humidity at night made it quite uncomfortable. Overall, improvements in responsiveness, basic amenities, and comfort would make a significant difference to the guest experience
