    Die Geruchs und Gesundheits Belastung durch den Schimmel ist eine Feriengast, nicht zuzumuten! Der Vermieter ist nicht e

    Die Lage war gut. Die Wohnung und die zentral. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war in Ordnung.

    Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon. Es gibt nur ein Fenster vom Wohnzimmer auf eine Durchgangsstraße. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein kleines Fenster zu einem überdachten Innenhof. Das Badezimmer hat einen unangenehmen Geruch und war nicht durch ein Fenster belüftbar. Wir haben die Badezimmertür zum Schlafzimmer hin offen gelassen, um indirekt zu lüften. Dadurch gab es nur eine leichte Geruchsverminderung. Erst nach vier Tagen haben wir zufällig entdeckt, dass im Waschbeckenunterschrank an der Hinterwand sehr stark Schimmelbefall vorhanden war (siehe Fotos)!!! Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr durch gesessen und für ältere Leute nicht geeignet. Außer der Deckenbeleuchtung gab es keine Leselampe.

    Disappointing but has potential

    Spacious,overall clean. Fantastic location in Playa San Juan.

    Lack of response from host on arrival and throughout. Broken fixtures/fittings, a leak, noisy neighbours.... if these were solved it would be a good option.
