    Appartamento da evitare

    La posizione dell'appartamento è uno dei pochi punti a favore! E' vicino al centro di Los Cristianos a a 10 minuti a piedi da Las Américas. Il letto é abbastanza comodo ma i cuscini andrebbero migliorati.

    Lo stabile dove si trova l'appartamento è fatiscente, l'androne, le scale e gli ascensori sono sporchi e puzzolenti; non abbiamo mai visto persone per la pulizia delle parti comuni. Nell'ingresso del condominio, dal momento che é un poco rientrato rispetto alla strada, c'è un forte odore di urina, forse di notte viene usato come gabinetto! Inoltre il miniappartamento è stato realizzato dividendo un alloggio più grosso senza porre in essere il benché minimo isolamento acustico daii vicini.
