We rent it through a temporary rental contract and our guests declare that they know these details at the time of making their reservation on the website, in the same way, once their reservation is accepted, we will communicate this information in the messages section to our guests. In order of making this contract, the guest must send some information (name, last name, address and the reason of traveling) and also an official identification document by email or by the booking app of each guest. Occasionally, you can feel some smells because of the house is located. It is in the coast and in a humble building. We have done everythig that is in our hands, but the guest must understand that, due to the weather conditions is posible to have these inconvenients. Keep also in mind this is a fourth floor appartment withou elevator.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

    A wonderful family holiday - fantastic location, lovely host and everything you could possibly need!

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Valencia! We spent 12 nights here with our family and really enjoyed every moment. The location is fantastic! The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, Mercadona supermarket is only 3 minutes away, and there’s a metro station nearby, making it very easy to explore the city. Everything you might need is within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It has absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday, and even more! From everyday essentials to beach equipment, everything has been thoughtfully provided, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the lovely host! Communication was excellent from beginning to end. She was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, regularly checking that everything was going well and even sharing recommendations for places to visit around Valencia. We really appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Another great advantage is the flexible and convenient check-out. We had a very early morning flight and needed to leave the apartment in the middle of the night. Thanks to the secure key box next to the door, we could simply leave the keys there without having to arrange a meeting with anyone. Such a small detail, but incredibly convenient, especially for guests with early or late flights! Overall, the apartment was a perfect choice for our family holiday. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and left Valencia with wonderful memories. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia, especially families!
