    It’s a lovely apartment 8/10 in a great location and with a little attention it could be 10/10

    The flat was clean, tidy, well equipped and very well located.

    The air con limited to 2 hours. You are paying a pretty penny for the apartment and although 2 hours during the day is fine, 2 hours at night means that you go to sleep nice and cool and wake up 2 hours later in a pool of sweat. You get up put the air con on for 2 more hours, try to get back to sleep -2 hours later rinse and repeat. It’s simply not good enough. Not too bad late summer but in the heat I’d imagine unbearable. Lovely sunny south facing balcony why no sunbeds? Don’t get me started on the TV!

    Ideal location with a large balcony and a terrace, giving a 360 degree view. Very good location, 15 minutes from train and beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

    Apartment was great, hard to find but lady who greeted us and let us in was very helpful. Had everything we needed

    This was a 3 day break to see our grandchildren, would not stay in Belamadena again, too British, prefer the real Spain, but we had a great time with our family.

    Fantastic location, pool and large balcony.

    Fantastic balcony and lovely comfortable bed.

    Seating on rear balcony could be better.
