    Foi tão bom, que assim que possível vou reunir a família no Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz novamente.

    Foi tudo ótimo, a família toda aproveitou os excelentes espaços, que são todos muito bonitos e bem cuidados. A alimentação excelente, o atendimento sempre com muita atenção e gentileza por todos os funcionários. Enfim, valeu muito a pena nossa estadia.

    Um ótimo local para descansar

    Os diversos espaços do Resort, seus jardins, a localização no meio da Floresta. Da alimentação. Os funcionários um atendimento excelente. São muito cordiais.

    A burocracia para fazer checkin e checkout. Fiquei uma hora na fila. Uma vez que todos os nossos dados estão no sistema do booking, ou que disponibilizam o eletrônico. No checkout fica na fila no mesmo horário que dois grandes grupos também fazem o processo. O hotel sabendo das chegadas e saídas poderia se organizar um pouco mais. Isto foi uma reclamação geral na recepção, tanto na nossa chegada como na saída. Ter 2 funcionários ou momentos que ficava somente 1. Fazendo pouco caso com o hóspede
