In keinem guten Zustand. Hier muss dringend was getan werden.

Great location Air conditioning works fine , wifi OK. Locking app was good. Kitchen mostly OK.

Furniture worn out, beds of low quality. Bathroom in need of total renovation. TV quality substandard , vacuum cleaner useless. Elevator failed twice without cause, had to call service. Small chairs on french windows useless due to bird droppings. Window cleaning neglected. This was our 4th stay in 4 different apartments at the Pl de la Constitution in 6 years. This one unfortunately the worst one quality - wise. Seriously overpriced for what you get.
