    Die Lage ist super zentral und auch der Parkplatz ist top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. das Frühstück konnte sich im Café nebenan quasi selbst zusammengestellt werden und es gab einen kleinen Rabatt.

    Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einem Fenster, das zu einem angrenzenden Saal geöffnet wurde. Dieses Fenster war zusätzlich mit Gitterstäben versehen. Somit war Lüften nicht möglich. Hinzu kam dass die Lüftung im Bad auch nicht funktioniert hat. Bei 30 grad war die Luftfeuchtigkeit extrem hoch, das konnte die Klima auch nicht regeln. Die Info bzgl des Fensters fehlte uns einfach. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, dann hätten wir das Zimmer definitiv nicht gebucht. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen würden, das zur Beschreibung passt, da es grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel ist.

    Las personas de recepción que me intentaron hacer la estancia más agradable y la ubicación del hotel céntrica.

    La habitación era un cubículo enano y para entrar en el baño había que subir 3 escalones muy altos. Además, la ventana no cerraba bien. La relación calidad/precio es vergonzosa cuando te meten en esa habitación. No debería estar permitido poder alojar a nadie en una habitación así.

    Le ubicación es excelente. A metros del Puente Nuevo y cerca de todos los restaurantes.
