Mitarbeiter sind super und Hotel ansonsten sehr schön
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Essen und tolle Lage da das Hotel direkt am Strand ist
Der Teppichboden müsste im ganzen Hotel getauscht werden. Das Schlimmste war die Lautstärke bis morgens um 4 Uhr durch sehr laute Musik im Umfeld und der Diskothek direkt daneben. Was man wissen muss! Man kann ab 20 Uhr bis 1 Ihr nachts nicht ans Hotel mit dem Auto hinfahren! Komplett gesperrt!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut. Aufgrund der abendlichen Lärmkulisse etwas anstrengend.
Die Lage war top. Zimmer in Ordnung und großzügig. Toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.
abends allerdings Dauerbeschallung bis 01:00 Uhr in der Nacht an angrenzenden Bars. Grundsauberkeit könnte erhöht werden. Bar am Pool nicht besetzt. Sauna Inneneinrichtung defekt - lange Aufheizzeit Hotelzufahrt von 20:00 Uhr 01:30 Uhr gesperrt (zeitbegrenzte Zufahrt zur Strandpromenade)

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beachfront, and the sea-facing view was beautiful. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering halal food that tasted really nice. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the overall experience more pleasant.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the bedroom. The shower had mould on the ceiling, the carpet had iron burn marks, and there were some dirty marks on the towel. Overall, the rooms felt quite run down and would benefit from refurbishment and better attention to cleanliness. Another major issue was the noise at night. Loud music from the clubs on the street continued until around 1am, and the sound was very noticeable inside the bedroom, making it difficult to sleep. I was particularly disturbed by this as there was no clear indication beforehand that the hotel was in such a noisy area. I think guests should be made aware of this when booking, and improving the soundproofing would make a big difference.
