The apartement was the perfect place for our 4 day-stay in Madrid!
The location of the apartement is exceptional, you cannot stay more central in Madrid. The view from the terrace is something you will not forget. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed.
Be prepared for a long climb up the stairs to the top floor. In any case the view you get is worth it!

Think 3 times before renting here! It is absolutely not worth the price or your health.
Its proximity to Plaza Mayor.
We had to check out after just 1 night, (5 nights paid for). Absolutely not worth the high price. Broken, worn out, unsanitary. We immediately found; exposed wiring, sewer smell in the bathroom and kitchen, broken toilet, wet towels in the bathroom, numerous stains on couch with old tissues in between the cushions, broken terrace furniture, blood like drips and smears on terrace floor, 1 sheet used as a blanket, 5 flights of stairs to the apartment. The host has never replied to us after check in. We have been completely ignored since we reached out with all these concerns the very next day. Our money was taken, and we were ghosted after we had to leave. We then had to pay for another stay elsewhere.

La situación en plena Plaza Mayor y la terraza
No me gusto que fuese un 4º piso sin ascensor de los antiguos, que son como un 6º piso de los de ahora. Con el calor es sofocante subir esas escaleras antiguas y lóbregas. Fue lo peor, ya que cada vez que pensábamos salir teníamos que planificar bien todo para evitar subir más veces de las necesarias.
