  Nos gustaría presentar una queja formal respecto a la casa que alquilamos bajo el nombre Plaza Trinidad -Cathedral en septiembre de 2025, mediante esta plataforma. Al momento de realizar la reserva, el anuncio especificaba claramente que la propiedad contaba con ciertas prestaciones básicas incluidas, tales como toallas y artículos de aseo gratis. Sin embargo, estos artículos no estaban disponibles, lo cual causó una evidente incomodidad. Al contactar con María, la persona de contacto, en vez de recibir una disculpa o solución, lo que obtuvimos fue una respuesta en tono prepotente y poco profesional en la que, entre otros comentarios, nos recomendaba ir a un hotel si lo que queríamos eran "cremitas y sérum". Este tipo de respuesta no solo es irrespetuosa y poco profesional, además de considerarlo como una forma de publicidad engañosa, sino que denota una falta total de consideración por esta persona y por las responsabilidades que implica ofrecer un alojamiento en condiciones adecuadas. Por nuestra parte, mantuvimos tanto el respeto como la claridad de nuestra demanda, sin exigir ningún extra o capricho.

  I would definitely stay again and recommend the stay. Centrally located and the check in was good.

  Location was great. The apartment was clean and had all the accommodations we needed.

  No parking and no WI-Fi.

  No AirCon. No Wifi. No 4th bedroom. No towels. No 2nd shower. We paid a lot for a frustrating stay

  Location and the apartment is pretty and spacious BUT

  I had high hopes for this property. It was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Advertised as 4 bedrooms but one was locked and unavailable. Advertised air conditioning and this is a LIE. There are fans in the bedrooms, but no air conditioning and it was 47 degree Celsius the day we were there. We had to spend the day somewhere else to get away from the heat Advertised as two full baths but one shower was broken and unavailable, with no notice from the property owner. Our train came in at 10 pm. The ad said check in until 10:30. Then the property owner said I would have to pay 50 euro for a late check in after 10, though the message from the site earlier had said 50 euro after 11 pm. We RAN to get there before 10:30 only to find no one there and had to wait 15 minutes for her to arrive ( not the owner, BTW, who we never met in person) Then there were no towels available. Another call led to a goosechase looking through the apartment for keys to open where they kept the towels locked away from guests, a "mistake" on the part of the housekeeper. And there is no wifi in the apartment (this is stated on the website but not immediately obvious)
