We only stayed one night so it was disappointing we had the issues with the room. I did report this to the receptionist

    Initially the room looked good.

We could not get the shower to work and the sink couldn't be used properly because the plug did work! The Coffee in the room was awful.

    Beautiful, well-maintained gardens

We booked through Booking.com for three people (two adults and a two-year-old child). We were assigned a very small room with a double bed, which was already uncomfortably small even for two adults. When we raised the issue, the hotel was unable to provide either an extra bed or a larger room at no additional cost. We were instead offered a larger room for an additional $80. The night was extremely uncomfortable, and we were very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, there was also significant traffic noise, as the room was located directly facing the road.

    Good choice overall

Comfortable accommodation, staff were very helpful

Perhaps we should have booked somewhere nearer town for ease of dinning but good for access to the area
