    Nine apartment but no heating

    Very good location

    We could not get the air conditioner to heat the apartment. We phoned owner and she gave us some instructions on how to us it but we still could not it to work. The apartment was cold, outside corridor to apartment was much warmer. I feel the at $290 a night one would expect the heating to work. Some kind of discount or refund is appropriate considering the amount per night.
