The staff on phone she is not respectful. when I call to ask why they took my money £120, she close the phone on my ear befor I finish. The reason she said the key stack in the box where they told me to put it. This is 100% wrong because I am very sure I put it properly and I checked again and again before I left.

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay due to my mums illness.

The location was excellent and not far to walk to the beach and all shops and restaurants The garden area was private. The facilities were of abundance

The access to the front of the flat is down some very steep steps however the owner was on hand to show us the access from the rear of the property which was perfect due to both myself and more so my mum with mobility issues It would have been nice to have had a small welcome tray with a couple of teabags , coffee, sugar and milk sachets especially when you have traveled a few hours
