温泉の眺めがよかった。
布団を自分で敷かないといけなく、説明もされなかった。 スタッフのホスピタリティにバラツキがある。 バスの本数が少なく、不便だった。

Resort jest piękny i duży, widok z onsenu niesamowity.

Did not believe the pictures are a fair representation of where you stay.
The onsen was lovely with great views and the meal we had was very nice and good value for money.
We travelled about 3 hours from Tokyo to reach this hotel for a spa weekend. When we arrived, we were informed at the desk that we would not be staying in the hotel in the pictures, but in a different hotel(we had payed for the cheapest 2 bed room) on our booking there were the words “red 28” in tiny writing beside the name of the hotel. We were put back on a bus and taken to a different more hostel like hotel around the corner. This is not the hotel in the images but the room was the same, it was more like a hostel. There was no shower in this building, we had to walk/get a bus to the main hotel if we wanted a shower, we were on the top floor and there was no bathroom on this floor, I had to go to the bottom floor every time I had to use the bathroom. There was no elevator for our bags and we had lots of bags (also no one helped us with these) there was no food in this building except for vending machines, we were informed the kitchen was closed when we asked why there was a kitchen and dining area but no food, yet they still tried to charge us 3,000 yen for breakfast during checkout (we had eaten satchet porridge I had taken in my bag for emergencies out of a paper plate for 2 days for breakfast). Honestly felt like camping! People staying here were eating packeted Japanese food out of a vending machine for dinner. When we tried to find somewhere for dinner the first hotel we went to in the complex (which we were part of but in a different building) told us we were not allowed to eat there, the main hotel was fully booked, eventually we found a nice place to eat within the complex but took about an hour. My partner has 2 tattoos and he was told he was not allowed to use the onsen or spa or pool on arrival by the receptionist, only the games room.
