    Well located and clean, just what we needed for our visit to Mapoli.

    The rooms were located inside a larger building. Everything looked relatively new and was clean. All the amenities you could wish for were provided. I only experienced one issue and that was with the coffee machine but that was quickly resolved. Roberto was very attentive. The instructions for accessing the building and room were very clear.

    The lift was a little small but it only mattered when getting my 4 large suitcases in, my wife waited until the lift returned. In reality however, we mostly used hectare’s as CV it’s only 2 flights up.

    La pulizia della camera, piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario e molto confortevole. La cortesia dello staff, molto organizzati e disponibili verso il cliente. Ancor prima di arrivare mi ha fatto piacere la premura di fornire con molta attenzione le indicazione per raggiungere la struttura e le info utili al soggiorno. Zona top, vicinissima alla metro Toledo e a varie pasticcerie e tanti posti per mangiare

    Insonorizzazione interna (non è colpa dei proprietari ma i vicini di camera erano particolarmente rumorosi) mentre verso l'esterno nulla da dire, le camere non affacciano sulla via principale e si dorme tranquilli

    Dont think twice , that is aperfect place!

    Roberto is gave us the best service every tourist need.

    Clean, very nice design, hot water in shower, everything was perfect
