    Will be back if maintenance stuff are done…

    Great area with tennis courts, river walks and beautiful gardens

    Although we enjoyed our stay here this place needs maintenance. Ceilings moulded. Carpets smell mouldy. Blinds need fixing. Toilet roll holder broken. Cupboards in lounge space a mess. Kitchen pots, pans and knifes old.

    Wir können diese Wohnung leider nicht weiterempfehlen

    Die Lage ist gut. Leider war das Haupttor wegen Reparatur geschlossen . Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen .

    Verschiedene Punkte sind zu bemängeln : bei den Kochtöpfen waren überall die Beschichtungen verkratzt . die Aufhängung der Klappe der Waschmaschine war durchgebrochen .Der Deckel war an zwei Stellen angerostet . Die Türe zum Badezimmer vom Elternzimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden weil total verzogen . Durch das Dach hat es auf den Balkon durchgeregnete . Schimmel befand sich an der Decke im oberen Dachzimmer .Die Heizdecke im Elternzimmer war defekt . Der Halter für die Toilettenrolle im Elternbadezimmer war defekt . Keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden . Und leider war kein Heizkörper in der ganzen Wohnung vorhanden .
