  Delightful stay in perfect location!

  Location is perfect; a few minutes walk from the Como Lago Nord train station, close to ferries and the funicular, restaurants, everything. The apartment is in the attic and even though there are no "real" windows with views, the skylights and small windows (high up the wall) provide an amazing light so the apartment is very bright and sunny. There's a really nice atmosphere and since there are no next door or upstairs neighbours, the apartment itself is very peaceful and quiet...I think this was great because even though you are centrally located, none of the city noises come in the apartment and you can sleep without any disturbance at night. The fact that this is an attic apartment also adds a very special feature with high ceilings and beams in the ceiling - I personally really loved the whole vibe very much.

  The second bedroom could have used an A/C and some kind of curtains/blinds in the skylight. And even though the apartment had good facilities (cooking ware, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.), we could have used more kitchen towels (maybe paper towels), and more towels for the two bathrooms. It would have been nice also to have the liquid soap bottles filled in ready to use (instead of single pieces of soap). The big bathroom was nice, but personally I would've hoped for a real shower or at least the possibility to hang the shower head somewhere while taking a shower (of course, we did see before renting that there was only a bath tub with a shower head, and we still chose to rent). Also would be good to have a separate floor towel to have there after being in the tub (the floor can get a little dangerous when wet and I believe we only had towels for ourselves, one each).
