    Stay could have been more pleasant if there was functional AC and better trained front desk staff.

    Location was good.

    AC wasn’t working and they insisted that it was as if it was our first time seeing or using an AC unit. There was no air in the room and couldn’t open windows because there was no screens and mosquitos were coming in. Front desk people were sitting there snickering. I had to ask them to share the joke so we could laugh together! Very rude! Bad customer service!

    Location in the down town,the space of the room is enough. The receptions team very supportive. In addition, the breakfast is good.

    Maybe the AC was on and off, but was ok.

    Good location, cozy hotel

    Location, Breakfast

    Elevator is very old and needs renovation. Our room lock had technical trouble few times. Shower cubicle is very small. Property is not so big and doesn't really justify the price tag.
