  false advertising, run down and horrible owners, overworked and underappreciated staff

  The property had so much potential but has been neglected severely to the extent we think the owners do not care about anything but getting money but not providing anything either. Their and booking.com description is completely deceiving and incorrect also. Photos have been photoshopped to look good and the list of faults and neglects are endless. We have been travelling 5 weeks now from New Zealand and all with Air bnbs etc and this the first we have been left to feel ripped off and taken advantage of. This place is so run down and the poor staff - it is very clear are over worked and taken advantage of, it really made us angry and sad for them.

  False advertising, no signage to find place, incorrect name on all advertisements/websites/booking.com -sign at entrance says Plitvice family resort (not nature resort), no body to greet us, no reception, no signage to find place, incorrect address on booking.com. Rooms not ready for all units we could see, 4 families including ourselves all waiting for rooms to be cleaned - ours was first & we invited 1 family to join us as they been in their car 2 hours and were cold and wet from rain. Two families knocked on our door looking for the bar and restaurant which we had to tell them it is 7mins drive away even though booking.com says it is onsite. No lightbulbs in bedside cabinets, no power cables from one bedroom tv, it was just on the wall, the underfloor tile heating both bedrooms broken to change thermostat to cooler -we all cooked, curtains grub screw missing so to open they fell off the rail, dishwasher full of dirty dishes and one bowl growing mold and no tablets to put through a wash, no sugar, no tea, no oil and very little salt and pepper, no dishcloths, no tea towels, for a SUPERIOR CHALET that sleeps 10 it had 2 large glasses, 2 small glasses and around 5 plastic wine glasses that the bases kept falling off, only 5 dinner plates, one extremely small pot and one small fry pan. The advertisement says private bathrooms, NOT - this place sleeps 10. two actual bedrooms with open plan bathrooms - lye in the bed and you can see everything that goes on in toilet and shower. If the other 6 people want a shower they have to use one of the bedroom ensuites which are open plan to the bedroom (shower and toilet in the same room, no door to the bedroom). Thermostats both bedroom underfloor heating broken, room was unbearably hot during night, it was horrible. We tried heat pumps to put on cool air to compensate, but none in the rooms worked either. week 5 of air bnbs no complaints until this complex - booking.

  Heerlijk huisje, slechte communicatie

  Goede locatie en het huisje was prachtig. De jacuzzi was heerlijk.

  Geen incheckinstructies ontvangen. Toen we om 19.30 aankwamen was totaal niet duidelijk waar we heen moesten. We hebben de eigenaar een paar keer gebeld, we zouden zo worden teruggebeld (nooit gebeurd). Eindelijk bij het huisje waren ze nog bezig met schoonmaken! Alleen toen we de schoonmaakster (zij was overigens geweldig) een lift gaven kregen we te horen over het ontbijt. Deze was overigens nog 3km rijden.

  The host was not available at the property for clear information regarding breakfast. We misses the breakfast due to unclear information where it takes place.
