    Perfect location for our visit, stunning views, great facilities (the hot tub is amazing), clean and comfortable. Andy was awesome, facilitating an early check in for a local event we were at. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

    Lovely over night stay. Very clean.Cosy Lovely views. Nice big TV in the lounge area. The apple trees here are beautiful!

    Nothing i didnt like really. Only one thing i would prob change..a memory foam topper on the the double bed would have been the finishing touch to a lovely stay. I found the bed uncomfortable so didn't sleep very well. But all in all a lovely place and great value.

    A lovely, relaxing place

    I've known Coundon for a long time as I grew up in a nearby town. However this place was a rare gem. It was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything in it. I mean literally everything you could need. The setting was lovely with the apple trees all around it. I enjoyed visiting the hens just down the road! It's really handy for Bishop Auckland. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily visit again. We missed out on using the hot tub so we'll look forward to that.
