    Trade off shortcomings for location was well worth it would certainly stay again

    Location close to centre. Equipment first class

    Stair treads were small. No hot water in the ground floor toilet. Only 1 bathroom so if fully occupied (10) could be a problem

    Very good. Would recommend

    Spacious. Good to get 7 separate beds. Location was central. Free parking nearby.

    A drain smell in kitchen and ground floor shower area and toilet. No en-suite rooms so quite a track for some to use toilet facilities in the night.
