The host kindly allowed me to check in early, but when I arrived, the inside door handle was broken, so I couldn’t properly secure the apartment. I was told it would be fixed within two hours, but it took around four hours, and the first repair was only temporary. The handle was replaced the following day, but the host left without saying anything, and the complimentary drinks that had been promised as compensation were never provided. The cash compensation offered was also very low considering the inconvenience. While the issue was eventually resolved, I expected the apartment to be in proper condition upon arrival and the situation to be handled more professionally.
