    Location good, needs repairs.

    Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, good hot water supply & heating, wifi ok. Communication ok. 3 bedrooms (expected 2) which was a good thing as I would not have accepted sleeping in a room with plywood boarding the window. Would consider this property again due to good location & parking but not flat 5.

    50 steps from pavement to apartment door. Broken windows, missing glass boarded, broken glass sellotaped !!! Toilet seat badly stained (yellow) & needs immediate replacement. Water ingress stains on walls. Kitchen poorly equipted, didn't matter to us as we ate out & only made drinks & cereal. 2 small saucepans & 7-8 lids? 1 teaspoon Oven dirty

    Better than Edinburgh, but thats a low bar

    Proximity to centre

    Moved apartments without being told, until I asked. Apartment smelt damp, a window was boarded over, another had a broken frame and the window in the lounge was held together with what appeared to be sellotape. There were 4 in the group staying and there was half a toilet roll there on arrival, we did raise with the agents but have still not had an answer, very disappointing considering the cost.

    Good value for money. Proximity to university halls of residence very good

    Beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Older property but tastefully fitted out. Squeaky doors and floors meant we were concerned about noise. Unable to use Bath but shower over was hot and good pressure. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families
