I would not stay here again
Safe street
Rating: 3/10 – Not worth its current 8/10 rating Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several significant issues. 1. Extreme street noise (−1 point) The street noise is constant and very loud, making it difficult to relax or sleep. 2. Terrible heat and no air conditioning (−1 point) The heat in our second room was absolutely unbearable. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. All windows and doors face the noisy street, so you have to choose between extreme heat and constant noise. 3. Extremely rude employee (−2 points) On the morning of October 12, 2026, a young female employee with long black hair who spoke excellent English threatened to call the police or evict us because I was smoking marijuana outside on the street, not on the property. When I tried to explain my position, she responded, “You’re high on drugs anyway, so just go away.” Completely unacceptable behavior towards a paying guest. To be fair, all other staff members were perfectly fine. This complaint concerns only this particular employee. 4. Bathroom with no privacy (−1 point) In one of our rooms, the bathroom walls didn’t reach the ceiling. It was basically a cubicle inside the bedroom. Every sound could be heard, and toilet odors spread throughout the room. Very uncomfortable and absolutely no privacy. Final rating: 3/10 Starting from the property’s current 8/10 rating, I deducted points for each issue. The extreme heat, constant noise, lack of privacy, and unacceptable behavior from one employee made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again.

Viaje con amigas y nos estuvieron apoyando y en contacto en todo momento desde la reserva, fueron muy amables y estuvieron pendientes de todo al igual que nos ayudaron respondiendo nuestras dudas y mensajes. Las habitaciones estaban muy cómodas, ventiladas y con el espacio suficiente para descansar muy bien ahí, los baños limpios y con todo lo necesario. El personal siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos, muy cálido y amable. La ubicación estaba cercana a muchos restaurantes y a la estación del metro y el parque del poblado por lo que la movilidad nunca fue un problema para nosotras y estaba en una buena zona. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y siempre fuimos muy bien atendidas, sin duda lo recomendamos y regresaremos a hospedarnos en un futuro :D
Ojala pudieran tener un elevador jejeje
