Tuscan Excellence
Driving into the property you realise that this stay will be special. From check in, to facilities, the restaurant and surrounds, all were excellent. The staff were fantastic and engaging. The meals we experienced from the restaurant were very delicious with the chef and his team using local produce, if not already sourced from their own gardens. Our room, (1 of only 6), was well presented and very comfortable. The views from the villa, alfresco dining terrace and pool were outstanding and the exact picture I had in my mind of a Tuscan retreat. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet getaway with premium service, food and scenery!! $$$$ for AUS customers, but worth it..

The location is great but the AC in the deluxe suite is too weak.
The location is good. The staff are mostly friendly.
The weak AC. The issue for the delux suite we got is the AC: the AC is very weak that the bedroom feels stuffy to me. And had problem breathing in the night.
