Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ok
Sehr freundliche Vermieterin; gepflegter und sauberer Pool, in einem Olivenhain gelegen, Umgebung sehr hübsch, typisch tokanische Landschaft. Ein wirklich gutes Restaurant befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung, 10 Minuten den Berg hoch (60 Höhenmeter). Gepflegter und schöner Garten.
Wir hatten das "Studio" gemietet. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (230 €/Nacht) leider ungenügend. Keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung (obwohl in Ausstattung auf Booking so angegeben), was bei mehr als 30 Grad inakzeptabel ist. Keine Spülmaschine, bei dem Preis ist das nicht ok. Zimmer dunkel, es gibt nur die Tür und ein kleines Fenster im Schlafzimmer, 50cm Absatz zwischen Schlafzimmertür und Wohnzimmer = Sturzgefahr. Besonders bedauerlich: Keine Fernsicht, weder von der Wohnung noch von der zugeordneten Sitzgelegenheit. Dies ist ärgerlich, denn man fährt sehr hoch in die Berge, dann möchte man wenigstens die Aussicht haben? Fotos auf Booking sind insoweit irreführend, denn die dort abgebildete Terrasse vorn am Haus ist privat, d.h. kann nicht von den Mietern genutzt werden. Zugang zur Unterkunft ist setzt Geländewagen oder 4x4 Antrieb voraus, 15 Minuten Bergstraße ab Greve. 30 % Steigung runter zur Unterkunft von der Straße mit Rutschgefahr auf dem Schotter, das ist für normale Autos einfach ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Es tut mir leid, diese leider negativen Dinge auch schreiben zu müssen, da die Vermieterin sehr freundlich ist.
