Update – Air Conditioning To avoid any misunderstandings: the air-conditioning units are located on the ground floor, in the large living area, and there is one additional unit on the first floor, in the hall. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan/ventilator, but there is currently no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Under normal summer weather conditions, this setup is generally sufficient. However, considering the extreme heat experienced during summer 2026, we will do our best to add air conditioning to the bedrooms in the future. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Sep 28, 2026 until Sat, Apr 10, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

    Absolutely recommended!

Everything it’s a beautiful space and will allow you to really rest and soak into Tuscan beauty!

I’d pay more attention to cleaning, there were some spiderwebs which slightly ruins first impression. I did it myself so no prob but could have been taken care of before.
