    De ligging is fantastisch voor wie rust en privacy zoekt. Het huis biedt het nodige comfort, de keuken is goed uitgerust. De tuintafel nodigt uit om buiten te leven, er is ruimte om te kubben/petanquen. Winkels zijn kort bij. Camucia en Cortona bieden genoeg mogelijkheden om uit eten te gaan. Met de wagen geraak je vlot in Arezzo, San Gimignano, .... Met de trein naar Firenze is een aanrader.

    Niets essentieels. De verwende toerist ontbrak het aan een broodrooster 🙃 Wie denkt te kunnen watersporten op het meer van Trasimeno zal teleurgesteld zijn (in Passignano kan je wel een boot huren).
