Nice place near Pisa
Very nice place with kind host.

Ricardo and his Papa were so friendly and Ricardo gave us tips and information on parking and visiting Pisa and Lucca. Breakfast was really nice and the 2 dogs and miniature pony Audrey were really friendly and added to the stay.
We would have liked to have the facility to make coffee in the room.

Peccato per il checkout
La piscina e il giardino ben tenuti Il pony, i cani e gatti rendono l'atmosfera rilassante e bucolica Parcheggio interno
La colazione molto basic, solo carboidrati e senza troppe opzioni di scelta. In camera era presente un frigo sponsorizzato probabilmente recuperato da un bar e la tv era fissata al muro in economia con delle piastrelle per stabilizzare l'accrocchio. Molto rigidi sul checkout. Il secondo giorno, nonostante non si sia fruito della colazione (pur pagandola), prima hanno bussato alla nostra porta 15 min prima del checkout previsto alle 10:30, poi ci hanno fatto pesare che stavamo lasciando la stanza alle 10:45. Se si pretende che gli ospiti chiudano un occhio su certe soluzioni in camera, mi aspetterei la stessa flessibilità da parte dell'host.

La localisation Le parking La gentillesse du propriétaire
Le logement : meubles vétustes(table chaise frigo) la paroi de douche qui se détache et des luminaires sales (plein de poussière) Une vmc qui fonctionne à moitié et qui donne une impression de moiteur dans la chambre Petit déjeuner extrêmement light (pas de pain, ps de fruits etc)
