Excellent location, modest accommodations, very affordable
The house is in a perfect location. It is easy to walk to Lake Issyk Kul, shops downtown, and various other attractions. The owner Dmitri is very helpful and informative, and can offer good recommendations for restaurants and local sightseeing opportunities.

Owner speak good English and give good advice. The place is close from a nice park and the beach. It's quiet and the garden is very nice

Близкая к озеру гостиница и приятная территория для проживания
В номере кровати на троих, стол, шкаф, холодильник и своя душевая. Было чисто и хозяин выдал тёплые одеяла. Ещё хозяин радушно подсказал и по развлечениям (нас интересовали ущелья Семеновское и Григорьевское), и по хорошим кафе. Приехали по окончанию сезона и некоторые заведения закрылись. Гостевой дом прямо в 2х минутах от президентского парка (так его назвали охранники самой резиденции президента Республики) и в 7-8 минутах от пляжей Иссык-Куля. На территории гостиницы была парковка, беседки и качели. Вопрос со стиркой был почти моментально решён хозяином.
После стирки не хватило прищепок перед дверью, пришлось по темноте ходить смотреть прищепки свободные по другим номерам, по итогу нашлись)

The hotel is located in a quiet place. The room is clean and has floor heatIng. Their garden is beautiful. The room charge is reasonable. The owner speaks fluent English and recommended sightseeing spots.
The room and bathroom are a bit small.
