  Spacious apartment near the port with comfy beds

  The spacious 2 BR apartment is centrally located near the port. We didn't have a car, so this was important to us. Pascal, our host was excellent and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have space to spread out. We also selected this apartment because it had a washing machine so that we can refresh our clothing for our next destination in our journey.

  As other reviewers have noted, the apartment is located off a major road, and it can get noisy especially during the morning and afternoon commute. We slept with noise cancelling headphones/ear buds which helped tremendously. Better lighting in the kitchen is needed. The kitchen also needs a spatula (for eggs or pancakes).

  DO NOT STAY HERE … SCAM!! Read details

  NOTHING at all! We thought we were getting a nice two bedroom apartment to stay in for two days after a super long day of flying.

  DO NOT STAY HERE, it’s a scam!!! First of all, absolutely not contact from late August around 26th on…for our Sept 3rd arrival. Asked for airport shuttle service provided to others in reviews and was told to just get a taxi from airport and the at her husband drive taxi and tell them the address and they would know where it’s at. No check in instructions/code nothing. Assumed there was a staffed lobby or something? Got delayed on our flight in SFO 5 times and messaged with updates with no response at all. Arrived 5 hours late and at 11:30 pm to airport. Got taxi, gave address, he took us to location. Holy shit!!! It was what appeared a dark abandoned building with a homeless guy camped out on the front steps! No lights at all. I had no idea what to do! I called listed number on app for owner as did taxi driver. It was an invalid number the person said they didn’t own any such property. That’s when I felt this was a scam. The taxi driver was going to leave out on the street in the dark without a clue where we were. I demanded he take us somewhere safer so I could try and sort out what to do. He drove us to the Hilton. Receptionist at Hilton called the number again and was told same thing that it was invalid. She tried to find us a room to like 5 places since Hilton was $700 a night and it was already 1am at that point. No rooms available anywhere and she felt bad for us so gave us discount but we still paid over $1K for a room I already booked for two nights at $630+. Talk about pissed and disgusted!?! We get up to our room and started getting ready for bed (it’s 1:30am) and receptionist called and said a guy is here and wants to talk to you. Go down and it’s some guy that said he was working with/for the new mgmt of original room reservation to help them out and he had been at airport to pick us up with our name on a board. Hello!! We had no idea to look for anyone since we were told to grab a taxi ourselves!

  Clean and spacious

  It was in a good location close to the Port. We arrived late Sat night and it was very hard to find the place. Everything was closed on Sunday but there were nice restaurants close by

  Hard to locate and was not in a great location.
