    il garbo e la passione della proprietaria, la vista bellissima su Assisi e sulla campagna umbra, la colazione ottima e abbondante, la comodità del letto e il bagno tanto spazioso.

    Nulla, tutto mi è sembrato piacevole. Lo consiglio tanto.

    Great house with stunning views

    This is a lovely house with a most obliging hostess, who even gave us afternoon tea in the garden. Good breakfast. There is a well equipped kitchen to use and fabulous views towards Assisi from the enclosed verandah. You must go to the Il Rientro restaurant a 10 minute walk away. Is the best food we have eaten in Italy. We went 4 nights in a row and had the pasta, pizza, gnocchi, rabbit and veal. The strawberry cheesecake is brilliant.

    It's a little way out of town, but the view and the peaceful garden are worth it. Small dog barking early morning could annoy some people, but the positives FAR outweigh these minor negatives.
