Bella solo la posizione.
Posizione eccellente, proprio su Piazza del Castello. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato aveva due finestre, una delle quali con una vista molto suggestiva.
Il riscaldamento (solo centralizzato) era spento. Abbiamo fatto presente che la stanza era fredda (all'esterno c'erano meno di 10 gradi e gli infissi erano tutt'altro che isolanti). Ci è stato "fornito" uno scaldino elettrico da bagno, che però non poteva essere usato nè di notte nè in nostra assenza (quindi in pratica mai). Qualcuno è entrato in camera in nostra assenza a spegnere lo scaldino. È una grave mancanza di rispetto e di privacy. Abbiamo vissuto un grande disagio e lo staff non si è dimostrato disponibile a risolverlo ma solo a controllare che venissero rispettati i divieti imposti. La pulizia della camera era molto sommaria, con grande quantità di polvere nel bagno. Avevamo fatto richiesta di avere un letto matrimoniale, ma nonostante ci fosse stata accordata su booking, ci siamo ritrovati due letti singoli. L'ascensore è particolarmente lento e scomodo.

Не повернусь сюди знову. Не зручний готель, номери якого розміщені на 3му поверсі в будівл Дому літераторів Повільний
Єдиною перевагою є місцерозташування. Якщо ви хотіли б вийти з готелю та опинитись одразу в історичному центрі. Все.
Все інше не сподобалось. Процес реєстрації, байдужий персонал, ліфт, який рухається зі швидкістю черепах, номер лише привабливий на фото. А так старий і не зручний
