Very good
The apartment was very clean, the furnishings and the equipments were new. The location of the apartment is very good, as stated in the description. The host was very polite and helpful regarding the difficulties in paying the deposit, and finally let us into the apartment without receiving the deposit before our arrival. I'm really thankful for that!
The deposit is not really a guest-friendly one, as it assumes that the guest will cause damage and the amount is terribly high. Since I only had a debit card (not credit), the host asked 1000 Euros. The "three bedrooms + kitchen" in the description is misleading, because there are only 2 separate bedrooms, the third bed is in the kitchen, and so there is no closet, shelf, or other storage space there, as it should be, if it was a bedroom. The advertisement said that children can come for free and also the cot is free. The host asked me 20 Euros for the cot, saying that the child is not a paying guest. So one way or another you have to pay.

A two (not three) bedroom apartment in the basement.
The appartment is clean and tidy with new IKEA furniture. The location is very nice, there's a Policlinico metro and a tram station nearby. Unfortunately, good things end here.
Before booking this accomodation please consider the following: .The appartment is advertised as a three bedroom one, but in reality there are two bedrooms with a sofa bed in the kitchen (see my photos for details) .It is located in the basement. Not on the ground floor, it is the floor _below_ the lowest lift stop. So there's no "landmark view" as advertised, the windows are on the pavement level and you will hear each step outside. .The heating in the winter is insuficcient (we stayed at the end of December), the owner refused to turn on the central heating, air conditioning does not help. .Being an old building there's a power limit of 4.5kW, in practice this means if you turn on air conditioning, induction cooker and at the moment the water boiler kicks in you will stay in the dark and go outsite to switch the power back on. .The owner refused to take all this into account, no option to get a refund. I should have called Booking in the first place at the day of arrival.
