    Superb cottage near Boscastle, perfect for a peaceful holiday close to a gorgeous part of Cornwall

    Such a peaceful spot a short way above the beautiful Boscastle Harbour. You can see the sea from the property, and easily walk down (and up again) the steep lane if you don’t mind hills! We loved our stay at Sloe cottage, it felt like home from the minute we arrived. Adam and Melanie kindly left us scones, jam, cream and milk for our arrival. We didn’t see much for the guests in the other cottages, but those we passed were all friendly. You don’t feel like you are overlooking each other at all, it was all very peaceful and a pleasure to stay.

    Beautiful cottage in idyllic, quiet location.

    Lovely little cottage with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped. The cottage is in an idyllic location and there is a sea view from the front window. The host was lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. The scones with jam and cream were a nice touch when we arrived after a long journey. The cottage is a short taxi ride from the pubs and restaurants in Boscastle and is central to explore other sites in North Cornwall.
