    Comfy room for family

    The room was very spacious, with two double beds, a shower, and a small kitchen. There was also a washing machine and a designated outdoor area where we could hang our laundry, which was very convenient. Location was very good with train stations like Ebisucho, Imamiyaebisu, Shin-imamiya and Doubutsuen-Mae.

    The room was extremely hot, and even with both AC units running, they did not cool the room properly. We left the ACs on when we went out so that the room would stay comfortable, but when we came back, we found that both AC units had been turned off for some reason. This was quite disappointing, especially given how hot the room was.

    Wir waren begeistert

    Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Aufenthaltbereich, eine Mini-Küche, ein Bad Waschmaschine und zwei Balkone. Die Betten sind angenehm, nachts war es ruhig. In der Nachbarschaft liegt ein kleines Café von älteren Betreibern: absolut zu empfehlen. Wir waren jeden Morgen dort. Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen und liegt zentral. Wie waren begeistert (Familie mit zwei Kindern).

    I'm happy with my stay

    Great location, clean room, great value

    There is a karaoke place nearby, and could be quite noisy.
