A lovely, comfortable place to stay.

The only downside was the poorly equipped kitchen. There were hardly any pots or pans, which made it difficult to prepare a meal.

Definitely wouldn’t be a repeat stay.

The property was listed as a 4 star stay on the website, it definitely had been overrated.

Upon arrival one room (402) was heavily febreezed and the second (404) smelled of cigarette smoke (both non-smoking units). We left with scratchy throats and very stuffed up sinuses. When our party arrived the smoke detector was going off in Room 403(not our room), staff was notified. The next morning at 5:45 a.m. we(both rooms) awoke to the detector going off again. The front desk was notified. We waited as the detector con’t to scream. Phoned down again to check if they were rectifying the situation. Front desk just said he tried calling the room. I went down at 6:30 after we knocked to let them know it was a continuing issue. I was asked if anyone answered … No! Staff came up to knock and very hesitantly entered to press the alarm off. The alarm went off 20 min later. Went down again to notify staff while running into housekeeping who said the alarm had been going off since the day before. Before writing an online review I was hoping management would reach out. They did not.
