  From the moment we arrived, we were delighted with everything! Takis greeted us with a huge smile and open arms. He is the kindest, friendliest host we could ever have wished for. We could not fault a thing! He was there whenever we needed anything (which he made sure there was nothing we actually needed) and made us feel at ease right from the start. Everything was clean, taken care of, and looked after- we did not want for anything. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The villa was clean, modern and comfortable, and again, huge amounts of care and pride has been taken to ensure absolutely everything is of the highest possible standard and quality. The pool grounds and pool itself is just perfect and provides complete relaxation. It is so beautiful and peaceful. Takis looks after the pool and is like a little fairy that cleans the leaves, pine needles and every spec from the grounds whenever you are out, as to not disturb you, but ensure it is pristine for when you return from a day or evening out respecting our privacy completely at all times. I could go on and on, and really hope I haven’t missed anything, but I would really not hesitate in booking this villa again. Takis, we cannot thank you enough for a holiday in complete bliss. You work so hard to keep everything perfect and the warmth and generosity you give is truly appreciated. Thank you, see you again Michelle and James

  Takis ist ein sehr netter und herzlicher Gastgeber, seine eigene App bietet alle nötigen Infos, er ist aber auch jederzeit ansprechbar.. Das Haus ist top und modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und man ist mitten in der Natur.

  Die Ponderosa ist modern ausgestattet verfügt über eine Küche die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Weiterhin ist die gesamte Anlage inklusive Pool in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Privatparkplatz ist vorhanden. Der Besitzer Takis ist wenn man möchte immer ansprechbar und ein unglaublich lieber Mensch!!!!! Infos über das Haus, Hausregeln, Anreise usw., wird über eine sog. App mitgeteilt, was vieles vereinfacht. Die Ponderosa liegt im ländlichen Bereich von Kefalonia (Halbinsel Paliki), Mietfahrzeug wäre empfehlenswert. Hinweis: Es wird in der angrenzenden Nachbarschaft Landwirtschaft betrieben, Ziegen, Hunde, Katzen, Vögel, Wiesel, Schafe, Geckos und Insekten (Autan, nicht vergessen!) inklusive der dazugehörigen Geräusche (auch Nachts!), muss man mögen. Wir als Stadtmenschen fanden es wunderbar!!!! Wer die ursprünglich griechische Lebensart erleben möchte ist auf der Ponderosa genau richtig!! Takis, wir kommen wieder!!!!!😜👍

  Selten so einen netten freundlichen Vermieter getroffen. Takis hat geholfen wenn estwas gefehlt hat.

  Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, hat alles in der Küche was man benötigt. der Vermieter wohnt daneben und ist zur Stelle wenn man etwas braucht. Die freundlichkeit vom Vermieter lässt die Anlage noch mehr glänzen. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Beim nächsten Mal ziehen wir nicht um und bleiben gleich zwei Wochen hier. Unser Sohn ist spontan ein verlängertes WE dazugekommen, war kein Problem, wurde auch herzlich aufgenommen und konnte bei uns im Haus schlafen. Takis hat sogar extra eine Liege und einen Sessel dazugestellt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, sehr schön. Es ist aber nichts drumherum, zur Taverne kann man laufen, sonst hat man seine Ruhe...
