Please note the property does not have a elevator. Access to all apartments (except the Deluxe Duplex Apartment) is via the Guindais Stairs (public) to the rear entrance of the building (number 8), equivalent to a 3rd floor. Afterwards, depending on the apartment, you may still have to go down the internal stairs of the building. It is an old building, fully renovated but without a elevator. For this reason we ask you to be careful to select only the Duplex Deluxe Apartment for all people with reduced mobility, baby carriages, a lot of luggage and difficulty climbing stairs. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 15, payable in cash upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.     Great location but besides that everything else is average at best

    Location is great, right in front of the Ponte Luis bridge, view from the window was amazing, apartment is spacious and host allowed early check in.

    Unfortunately, our experience with the host was disappointing and at times the host came across as rude. When we asked for body wash and shampoo, we were told to use the soap provided in the bathroom sink dispenser instead. The host also refused to provide fresh towels during our stay and stated that any additional towels would incur a charge of €5 per towel.The shower head was quite flimsy and did not function particularly well, which made showering less comfortable. Additionally, access to the property involves climbing a significant number of stairs, and then going down another two flights to get to the apartment, something that was not made sufficiently clear in the booking details and challenging given we had luggage. Overall, while the property may suit some travellers, there were several aspects of the stay that did not meet our expectations.

    Trevlig lägenhet med kanonläge. Enkelt att checka in och det fanns allt man behövde.

    Badrummet var lite slitet men välstädat.

    It was just ok

    Location

    No basics No coffee or tea No soaps or shampoos Nothing Only one toilet roll for 3 people for 3 days The host provided unhelpful messages
