    Location and washing machine

Bit old and dirty, far from luxury! Not very comfortable beds, at least the aircon was cold

If this is luxury, my home is the Palace of Versailles....

Location is good, there are shops nearby which is convenient. Both rooms have AC, good for summer in Florence.

Bathroom can be benifited from an upgrade, there are some mould and stains in the shower area. The washing machine detergent drawer is disgusting, it needs some deep cleaning. The chairs in the living room are way too soft so it is awkward to sit and eat due to the height.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment with air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living area

Some minor issues such as a missing handle on the en suite door, shower door in en suite bathroom doesn't close properly so water escapes.
