    Vreselijk en heb het moeten afbreken de eerste dag.

    Verschrikkelijke locatie en host. Naast een onvolledige keuken zonder glazen en zelfs borden was er geen warm water en was de afvoer van de wasbak verstopt. Daarnaast was de pool gesloten ondanks zomerse temperaturen. Het allerergst was echter het lawaai vd straat beneden en de verkeerslichten 24-7. Een horrorappartement waar het niet mogelijk is om relaxt vakantie te houden.

    There is a serious issue with the way this place is advertised

    the apartment was very clean and well designed, and these aspects were definitely appreciated. However, the high rating and the way the property is presented do not accurately reflect the actual experience.

    There is a serious issue with the way this place is advertised. The property is called **POOL HOUSE**, and the photos clearly show a swimming pool, creating the expectation that guests will have access to one. However, in reality, there is no pool, and it appears that there has never actually been one. I read reviews from over a year ago mentioning that there was no pool, and the management’s response was that it was “under renovation.” A renovation lasting a year and a half is difficult to accept and feels like a misleading representation of the property. The location rating also does not reflect reality. It is unclear how the property received such a high location score, as the actual location is quite far from the city center. During traffic hours, reaching the city can take around 30 minutes or more. In addition, parking costs an extra 15 GEL per day, which should be taken into account when evaluating the overall value of the stay.
